Helping my fellow mommies in their postpartum recovery, specifically in healing their diastasis recti, has been my advocacy; I want to give them encouragement, bring back their confidence, and just love and embrace the wonderful journey of motherhood.

I want to be an instrument of help where these things will be enjoyable to others as how it has been for me. And actually, for a couple of years now, through my own program, I always felt good helping “Tummy Warriors” and seeing their genuine satisfaction after finishing the program.

In the same manner, I want to help even those who are not enrolled in my program that’s why I give free advice/tips through mini-blog posts and the overwhelming support is just beyond grateful.

With this, I want to extend helping Tummy Warriors further, so I thought on other platforms in reaching mamas who need my help. And so, I am very happy to launch my podcast, “The Becky Choi Show”!

The Becky Choi Podcast Show is a fun place for new moms and other moms with diastasis recti. This is where I’ll be sharing specific tips and strategies for postnatal fitness specifically in healing diastasis recti or postnatal core weakness, motherhood, and personal development.

As a mother of 2, podcasting gives benefits to me where it’s easier and more convenient to work because like other mamas, I can only have time for my work when they’re already in bed. I can just record and share whatever I want with no limitations, unlike with my mini educational posts that are sometimes limited.

One of the major reasons I thought of starting to do a podcast is to reach those mothers who are not fond of learning visually or through reading. Through this audio platform, you can listen to my tips and advice even while doing your stuff. You can listen to episodes while preparing food for your family, cleaning the house, putting your little one to sleep, or just any chores you’re doing.

This is also for those who have been missing my IG stories because I also give some tips through my stories and because it expires after 24 hours, other mamas weren’t able to see it that’s why this podcast will be very helpful as you can come back and listen through every episode every time you want.

I have fallen in love with fitness a couple of years ago where it literally saved my life, where I became a better mother and a wife. So, I want to inspire and reach out to other mamas as well who feel like there isn’t hope anymore, because there is! It’s just waiting to be reached and embraced so let me help you with that.

The topics that you will hear in the show revolves around postnatal fitness, specifically about diastasis recti, I will also be sharing about the experiences of my previous clients. All of the tips that I will be talking about are rooted from my personal experiences, things that I have learned, and from my research as well so expect that the show will be as genuine and as true to the motherhood journey and personal development as it can be where it is relatable.

I strongly believe that when you follow your passion, you will glow inside and out. So, if you’re passionate about your fitness goal and on your healing and recovery, let’s get into it! I am very excited to share more about the wonderful postpartum journey through this platform. In the same manner, as I go along and grow this podcast, I am looking forward to learning from you as well!

The podcast just launched early in April and I have been receiving overwhelming support since! I just want to thank every Tummy Warriors out there who really find my tips and strategies insightful and effective.

As of writing, we’re currently on Episode 6 and hope you can stay with me and expect for more episodes in the coming weeks. And please, do not hesitate to spread the word and share the show to your friends or fellow mamas who want to learn more on postpartum recovery.

Let’s connect! Please follow my Instagram, @beckychoi_ and let me hear your thoughts about the show and if you also have topics you want to hear about, feel free to share it with me. See you around!
